The KAIDO STAR-TASTIC V1 takes Jun Imai’s original Kaido Star concept in an even wilder direction. Unlike Kaido House’s licensed interpretations of real-world cars, the Kaido Star is a completely original design created to celebrate Japanese custom car culture while giving Jun the freedom to experiment without the limitations of an existing production vehicle. The result pulls heavily from the outrageous proportions and attitude of classic kaido racer and bosozoku-inspired builds.
 
STAR-TASTIC V1 turns that freedom all the way up with a striking red, black, and gold deco, oversized front splitter, exaggerated aero, exposed engine detail beneath the opening hood, and towering rear exhaust pipes. One of the coolest details is the wheel design, with graphics intended to visually line up as the wheels rotate—a playful touch that makes this already unconventional casting even more interesting.
 
As with all Kaido House releases, Diecast On Demand offers this as factory sealed with a chance at getting a chase.
