Our pre-order program requires you to enter your payment information at the time of placing your order. You will be charged upfront, and items will ship automatically once they arrive. If your order contains multiple pre-ordered items or a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship when all items are in stock. Manufacturer-provided ETAs are included in all descriptions but are subject to change. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Yes, we used to offer no-cost pre-orders, but it is no longer economically feasible for our small, family business. Existing pre-orders using our old system will still be honored, and you will be notified when they arrive. Future pre-orders will require payment information and a processed payment at the time of order. Items will ship automatically once they arrive.
